Grace House is a four unit house built by Grace Jolliffe in the 1970’s.  There are two units on each floor. All have full kitchens and Lake Michigan views.

August

AUGUST is a second story, one bedroom/one bathroom corner condo in the Grace House building. Located just across the lawn from the shore of Lake Michigan, guests in this spacious unit enjoy spectacular lake views from the living and dining areas, from the large, private, screened porch with a sofa and dining table, and from the private verandah that spans the length of the unit. The fully-equipped kitchen retains its original pink vintage charm, and is fully stocked with cookware and dishes. BBQ grills are available for use on the ground level. The bedroom has a partial lake view and a king bed that can be made into two twins with advance notice ($30 fee applies). There is a full-sized futon in the living room, and a single rollaway bed that can be used anywhere in the unit, for a maximum of 5 guests. AUGUST (or “Gus” as it is affectionately nicknamed) has a quaint wood-paneled bathroom with a stand up shower. Hardwood floors and built-in dining room cabinets accent August’s classic charm. All Jolli-Lodge units include free Wi-Fi and flat screen TVs with cable. The nightly price range is $235-$395.

The Gull

THE GULL is a second story two bedroom/one bathroom corner condo in the Grace House building. Located just across the lawn from the shore of Lake Michigan, guests in this bright and spacious unit enjoy absolutely beautiful Lake Michigan views. The corner bedroom has original wood paneling, a queen bed, and windows on two sides. The cozy second bedroom has a pair of twin beds that can be made up as a king with advance notice ($30 fee applies). The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and is true to its vintage roots with classic pink sink, tub and toilet. The living space is large, airy, and boasts a graceful wood-burning fireplace, flat screen TV with cable, and plenty of seating. The living area has windows on two sides. The westward view to Lake Michigan is showcased by a wall of windows with a sliding glass door and upper level verandah facing the lake. To accommodate more guests (maximum of 6), there is a set of twin bunks tucked into one end of the very large living room – it’s different, but it works! The full kitchen is equipped with utensils, cookware and dishes. There are charcoal BBQ grills available for use, as well as picnic tables on the lawn for al fresco dining. The Lake Michigan beach is a very quick walk across the lawn and down the stairs. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the Jolli-Lodge property. The nightly price range is $265-$445.

Little Blue

LITTLE BLUE is a spacious, main floor, one bedroom/one bathroom corner condo in the Grace House building. Located just across the lawn from the shore of Lake Michigan, guests in LITTLE BLUE enjoy a private screened-in porch with a sofa and dining table and beautiful Lake Michigan views. The bedroom has a king bed that can be converted to two twins with advance notice ($30 fee applies). There is a double fold down sofa in the living room, as well as a single rollaway bed that can be used anywhere in the unit, for a maximum occupancy of 5. The spacious living area has lovely lake views and French doors leading to the private porch. The charming full kitchen is equipped with plenty of cookware, dishes, and utensils. The full bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There are plenty of BBQ grills and picnic tables outside for guest use. LITTLE BLUE offers classic up-north ambiance with the modern comforts of free Wi-Fi and a flat screen TV with cable. The nightly price range is $230-$385.

Big Blue

BIG BLUE is a ground level, two bedroom/one bathroom corner condo in the Grace House building. It has a small but mighty kitchen, complete with updated, full-sized appliances and plenty of cookware and dishes. The spacious open living/dining area boasts a large stone wood-burning fireplace. Sliding doors open onto the private patio and a shaded yard for grilling and al fresco dining – all with beautiful Lake Michigan views. One bedroom has a king bed and a twin daybed. The other bedroom has two twin beds, which can be made into a king with advance notice ($30 fee applies). The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There is an additional twin bed tucked into a corner of the large living area, for a maximum capacity of 6 guests. BIG BLUE offers classic, up-north beach cottage atmosphere, delightfully balanced with modern conveniences including free Wi-Fi and a flat screen TV with cable. The nightly price range is $255-$430.
