Policies

 

  • 6% MI tax is additional
  • All units are strictly non-smoking
  • We cannot accommodate pets in the lodge rooms at any time.  Dogs are welcome in cottages and condos in the spring and fall only.
  • For stays of fewer than 7 days we provide all linens.
  • For stays of 7 days or longer, you will be expected to provide your own linens.  House linens may be available for an additional cost. Arrangements for the use of house linens must be made in advance.

 

Cancellations

Because we are a small, independent resort, cancellations affect us profoundly. If you must cancel, please give us as much advance notice as possible, so that we can try to re-book your unit.

  • For stays of fewer than 7 days: 50% is due when you make your reservation. 14 days prior to the first day of the reservation, the remaining 50% is due. If you cancel before the 14 day period, we will refund your deposit, less a 10% processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations made within the 14 day period, unless we are able to re-book your unit. If we re-book your unit, the total amount will be refunded, less a 10% processing fee.
  • For stays 7 days and longer: 50% deposit is due when you make your reservation. 60 days prior to the first day of the reservation, the remaining 50% is due. If you cancel before the 60 day period, your deposit will be refunded, less a 10% processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations made within the 60 day period, unless we are able to re-book your unit. If we re-book your unit, the total amount will be refunded, less a 10% processing fee.
