Please Note: Our cottages and condos are only available by the week (Saturday to Saturday) in July & August. To search for cottages and condos in July & August, you must search from Saturday to Saturday to see availability. Lodge rooms rent nightly from May-November.

- All units are strictly non-smoking
- We cannot accommodate pets in the lodge rooms at any time. Dogs are welcome in cottages and condos in the spring and fall only.
- For stays of fewer than 7 days we provide all linens.
- For stays of 7 days or longer, you will be expected to provide your own linens. House linens may be available for an additional cost. Arrangements for the use of house linens must be made in advance.
Because we are a small, independent resort, cancellations affect us profoundly. If you must cancel, please give us as much advance notice as possible so that we can try to re-book your unit.
- For stays of 7 days or longer: 50% is due when you make your reservation. Final payment is due 60 days prior to check-in date.
- For stays 3-6 days: 50% deposit is due when you make your reservation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to the check-in date.
- For stays 1-2 days: 50% deposit is due when you make your reservation. Final payment is due 14 days prior to the check-in date.
- REFUNDS: There is always a 10% processing fee for all cancellations. Cancellations made prior to the final payment date are eligible for refunds. Cancellations made after the final payment date will only be refunded if we are able to re-book the reservation.
