South Shore

SOUTH SHORE is a charming, two bedroom/one bathroom, free-standing cottage tucked into the forested south end of the Jolli-Lodge Resort. Located right at the edge of the lake, this classic beach cottage has an original mid-century wood burning fireplace, a BBQ grill, and a private lakefront deck with amazing Lake Michigan views that extend out to Pyramid Point and the Manitou Islands. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twins, which can be converted to a king with advance notice ($30 fee applies). The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The full kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, cookware and utensils. The living/dining area overlooks the amazing view, and has a double futon for a maximum occupancy of 5 guests. Northshore

NORTHSHORE is a charming, three bedroom/one bathroom, free-standing cottage tucked into the edge of the forest at the north end of the extensive Jolli-Lodge Resort property. Perfect for couples, small groups, and families, it has an original mid-century wood burning fireplace and a private lakefront deck with plenty of space for dining and relaxing, plus a BBQ grill, all with amazing Lake Michigan views. The steps to the lake are just outside the door. The full bathroom has a stand-up shower. The cozy, wood-paneled west facing bedroom has a king bed and a magnificent Lake Michigan view. The corner bedroom has two twin beds that can be made up into a king with advance notice ($30 fee applies). The third bedroom has a double bed, for a total occupancy of 6 guests. The full kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, cookware and utensils. NORTHSHORE embodies classic, up-north beach cottage ambiance, while also offering contemporary comforts such as a flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The nightly price range is $330-$560.

Lakeview

LAKEVIEW is a classic and charming three bedroom/one bathroom free-standing cottage with spectacular views of Lake Michigan, Pyramid Point, and the Manitou Islands. Tucked into a forested hillside near the north end of the Jolli-Lodge Resort, LAKEVIEW offers authentic, up-north beach cottage atmosphere blended with modern conveniences. The living/dining area features unparalleled lake views, the original wood stove/fireplace, and a flat screen TV with cable. The private deck with a table and seating for al fresco dining overlooks Lake Michigan. The cozy, wood-paneled front corner bedroom has a queen bed and lovely lake views. The other two bedrooms have two twin beds each, one of which can be made into a king room with advance notice ($30 fee applies). The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The kitchen has had recent updates and is fully equipped with plenty of cooking utensils and dishes. There is a BBQ grill outside and free Wi-Fi throughout. Hilltop

HILLTOP is a classic 1960s style three bedroom/two bathroom, free-standing house tucked into a forested hillside at the Jolli-Lodge Resort. Perfect for larger groups, it has a private, upper level deck that looks out over the lawn and beautiful Lake Michigan, with plenty of seating for al fresco dining and relaxing. The original wood-burning brick fireplace, free Wi-Fi, and a large flat screen TV with cable balance modern convenience with up-north beach house vibes. The bedroom on the main, upper-level of the house has Lake Michigan views and a king bed. Adjacent is the main floor bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The other two bedrooms are on the walk-out level. One has three single beds, two of which can be made into a king with advance notice ($30 fee applies) and the other has a king bed, which can be converted to two twins with advance notice ($30 fee applies). Both downstairs bedrooms have lake views. The lower level bathroom has a stand-up shower. There is a rollaway bed upstairs that can be set up anywhere you like for an extra guest, and there is also a queen sofa bed in the living room for a maximum occupancy of 10. The full kitchen is equipped with plenty of cooking utensils and dishes, and there is a charcoal BBQ grill outside. The steps to the north end beach are just a quick walk across the lawn. A private fire pit with free firewood on the ground level adds to HILLTOP’s classic ambiance. The nightly price range is $350-$585.

The Pool Hall

THE POOL HALL is a two bedroom/two bathroom, free-standing cottage with a private patio, upper level deck, and beautiful Lake Michigan views throughout. The quintessential beach cottage, POOL HALL originally housed the resort recreation room and pool table, with crew quarters located upstairs prior to its transformation into guest accommodations in the 1960s. This picturesque cottage sits on the edge of the forest near the south end of the Jolli-Lodge property. The open main floor living/dining area and fully-equipped kitchen all look out over the lawn to the beautiful Lake Michigan vista with clear views to Pyramid Point and the Manitou Islands. The beach access is just steps away. There are Adirondack chairs on the upstairs deck with plenty of seating for outdoor dining and a charcoal BBQ grill on the lower level patio. The main floor bedroom has a king bed.  Adjacent is a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The cozy second bedroom is upstairs and has a pair of twin beds that can be converted to a king with advance notice ($30 fee applies). Also upstairs is a den/second living area with a double futon, second TV, and access to the upstairs deck. The second full bathroom with a tub only is located upstairs as well. The main floor living room has a queen sofa bed for a maximum capacity of 8 guests.
